So, I downloaded the bios here Version 1.3 https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-GAMING-PRO-CARBON and tried Flash BIOS press the cmosbutton at back and all that happened was the led flashed on the cmos but (not flash drive) I booted the pc up and this time it allowed me to falsh the bios on B, after it completed it rebooted and all that it does on B flash is try tostart for 1 secs then loop cintinously. I can boot up on the A flash but as soon as I select mflash it just hangs

Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Could you direct me to the correct bios file as I have looked but can't seem to source it. How exactly do you use the Flash BIOS feature? Much appreciated.
PS. with having a dual bios would both be corrupted, one looks completely different from the other.

HI,
I recently found my motherboard was crashing MSI x99a Gaming Pro Carbon. I reinstalled my os and still had the same issue, I checked my graphics card RX460 & Corsair memory all fine. When enter the bios and save a setting 9 times out of 10 it crashes ie hands. I have tried to access the mflash to reflash and was able to access it once, but it couldnt find the flash file. The board can boot but everytime I install somthing I get errors. Is there another way to flash the bios? I have tried to submit to technical but my serial number which is clearly visable un my account is not accepted Please help :)
